Gift Certificates – All gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be present at time of redemption and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.

Cancellations – We understand that at times you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Cancellation or no show will result in 50% of reserved service charge fee.

Arrival Time – We ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for you treatment. New clients will have a short intake form to fill out requiring an arrival time of at least 5 minutes prior to treatment time. Late arrivals will reduce service time and we will charge full price for these services.

Payments – We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard and personal checks with valid driver’s license. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.
