Gift Certificates – All gift certificates are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be present at time of redemption and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.

Cancellations – Cancellation without notice will incur a penalty of 100% of the reserved services fee. Ask clients to be there 5-10 minutes prior rather than 15 min.

Arrival Time – We ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for you treatment. New clients will have a short intake form to fill out requiring an arrival time of at least 15 minutes prior to treatment time. Late arrivals will reduce service time and we will charge full price for these services.

Payments – We take all Major credit cards - Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX.  We also accept cash and most HSA's.
